Hotel Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. For any "no show" on a guaranteed reservation, one night's room and tax will be charged to the individual. Individuals may cancel their hotel reservations at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Please be sure to obtain a cancellation number at the time of cancellation and retain this number for your files.

Two major airports service the Washington, DC area:

Reagan National Airport (DCA) is located only 5 miles from The Mayflower Renaissance Hotel. Estimated taxi fare is $18 one way. Metro is available from Reagan National Airport to The Mayflower Renaissance Hotel via Farragut North Metro Stop on the Red line and Farragut West Metro Stop on the Blue and Orange lines.

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) is located 26.7 miles from The Mayflower Renaissance Hotel. Estimated taxi fare is $70 one way.
